Savannah Carlin

Savannah Rae Carlin is currently an undergraduate student at the Rhode Island School of Design in the Printmaking Department with a concentration in History of Art and Visual Culture. Her work has been featured in a TEDx event and New York’s Children’s Museum of the Arts. It will be featured in an upcoming group show entitled “Green Light” this June with Teen Art Gallery in partnership with Creative Time. She has been featured on Teen Art Gallery’s website as their featured artist for the month of February in 2014. Her work has also been featured on the Rhode Island Schools of Design’s official, curated portfolio webpage. Ms. Carlin is the recipient of the 2013 Best Youth Artist Award from the Carmel Art and Film Festival. She also earned the 2013 New England Graphic Arts Scholarship and a merit scholarship from the Rhode Island School of Design that same year. Ms. Carlin holds a certificate in Art School Preparation from the Rhode Island School of Design’s Young Artist Program.
