I am a self-taught tapestry artist. I graduated from Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo in 1968, with a B.A. in Comparative Religions, the study of which has informed much of the content in my tapestries. I have exhibited widely across the United States, in both galleries and juried exhibitions in museums and have had four solo exhibitions to date. I have won several awards over the years, including a Wisconsin Arts Board Fellowship in 1994. My work can be seen in several corporate and public settings, including the Health Research Center at the Medical College of Wisconsin, the Stayer Center for Technology and Learning at Marian College in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, the Bethesda Lutheran Homes and Services World Headquarters in Watertown, Wisconsin, and Western Oregon State College in Monmouth, Oregon.
