Nadolski began painting in 1972 studying at the Bellevue School of Art in Nebraska. A move to Houston, Texas allowed her to study landscape painting in oil and watercolor with Bill Zaner. In 1976 she formed a partnership with ten other artists and formed Archway Gallery and was it director for most of its first 10 years. Archway is still operating strongly in Houston.
Nadolski continued studies with nationally known artists developing skills in watercolor, printmaking, collage, paper-making and mixed media. One series focuses on her fascination for the Maya culture.
Currently residing on the Western shore of the Chesapeake Bay, she teaches workshops throughout the Mid-Atlantic. She has been included in Who's Who of American Art for several editions.
