Sue Barrasi is an award winning painter finding her passion in landscapes and still life. Barrasi has been awarded residencies, grants and blue ribbons for her work as well as published on book covers, postage stamps and magazines. Barrasi is a resident member of the Salmagundi Club, member of the Oil Painters of America, Edward Hopper House Museum and Study Center, Ridgewood Art Institute and lifetime member of the Arts Students League. She teaches oil painting in the New York and New Jersey while executing commissions in her NY studio. Barrasi is represented by several galleries in New York, Connecticut and New Jersey and competes in juried exhibits nationwide.
