Jon Taner has been actively engaged in a variety of art forms since childhood. His earliest education and training began at The Art Students League in New York City. From 1970-1974 he studied at The California College of Art (Formerly California College of Arts & Crafts). He went on to receive his Masters Degree in Fine Arts from Syracuse University. Further independent work in the studio of master printmaker Bernard Greenwald in Hudson, NY. and studies in Fine Art Appraisal at NYU.
