I've settled into my artwork in much the same way an old house settles- the plasters a bit cracked, but the windows are always open to fresh ideas that usually arrive at my door in the form of flowers, pets and wildlife which comprise much of my subject matter.
Located in Western Massachusetts, I spend a good deal of time on Long Mountain, the most easterly of the Holyoke Range where I am fortunate to have my home studio. I work from photos and my imagination to try to give a lively rendition of my subject. I hope that my fondness for my surroundings will come through to you in my paintings!
