Photography isn’t a hobby, it’s a passion. I can’t imagine my life without it. I enjoy the challenges of trying to capture each location in just the right angle, and showcase our beautiful mountain state - West Virginia.

I was born and raised in Beckley, West Virginia and was inspired by the ever-changing landscape. My love of photography began in high school when I watched coach Rick Lane enjoy the pursuit of the perfect picture. Since then, I have begun my own chase culminating in a professional career.

I have been inspired by my surroundings, other people in my community; however, Ansel Adams was a primary motivation because of his spectacular landscapes. Because of this muse, my work has focused on landscapes, but has branched out to include waterfalls, night photography and antiquated settings.

I have visited many places from New York City to Florida and New Orleans, however, West Virginia continues to be my home. I love showcasing my state, displaying unfamiliar areas, and exposing the undiscovered beauty that is all around to newcomers.
