Biography

Jacob Burmood is a recent graduate from the University of Kansas, where he received his MFA in Ceramics in 2013. He graduated with a BFA in Sculpture in 2006 from Missouri State University. After graduate school, he moved back to his hometown of Springfield, Missouri, where he runs a studio creating work for shows, public and private commissions, and public art competitions; and teaches Sculpture I as an adjunct professor at Missouri State University.
